Meet the Founder: Danielle Carey
I’m a librarian by profession and a lifelong learner at heart. Over the years, I’ve discovered that wellness isn’t just one thing—it’s a collection of small, meaningful choices that help us live more fully. Whether it’s nourishing your body with good food, taking time to breathe deeply, or getting lost in a good book, wellness is a journey that looks different for everyone.
This site was born out of my passion for sharing what I’ve learned. As someone who loves to research, organize, and connect people with the right resources, I wanted to create a space where inspiration meets practicality—a place where you can explore topics like self-care, mindfulness, movement, and personal growth, all in one spot.
Outside of the library and this site, you’ll often find me traveling, exploring local food scenes, or walking in nature with a camera in hand. I believe in curiosity, connection, and the power of small steps to create meaningful change.
